ω Virginis is a variable giant star of spectral class M4 in the constellation of Virgo.

ω Virginis visual magnitude is 5.36. Because of its faintness, ω Virginis is visible to the naked eye only from locations with very dark skies, while it is not visible at all from skies affected by light pollution.
